  After i served with the Royal Scots Grey’s as a drummer in the pipe band i went on to serve with Scottish Lothian and Borders Horse T.A. unit and Pipe Major W Denholm was the P/Major of the band he was a great piper and good father figure ,the unit became the Queens Own Lowland Yeomanry,after his death.
  A few years later i became the Drum Major the band won 3 Territorial championships and i won 3 Drum Major championships. I have fond memories of William .

  Could someone tell me when (year from-to) William Denholm was P/M of the Lothian & Border Horse Yeomanry (probably around 1956)? Thanks.
